Dear Kevin:
I just wanted to thank you and Tom for the work you did on our new home. As you know, Jackie and I began this venture three years ago. We discussed this project with other contractors and were discouraged by their unwillingness to really understand our desires and budget.
Symmetry Homes was not only excited about the project, but you really worked with us to ensure our goals were met. As an architect, our home had some unique features with more than a few experimental ideas. Tom's enthusiasm to help with these ideas was great. His craftsmanship and knowledge were indispensable as the home progressed. Being comfortable to try new things is what being a custom home contractor is all about.

When the thought of building a home first crossed our minds, all we could recall were the numerous "building horror stories" we had encountered. Therefore, our top priority was choosing a builder with unsurpassed communication skills. We chose Symmetry Homes. Kevin, Tom and Elaine were a remarkable team. From planning and building to moving in, each phase was seamless and enjoyable.
Kevin listened to every wish, want and concern. He offered friendly guidance and always had our best interest in mind. We never lost an hour of sleep.
Eight months pregnant with a three year old, we dreaded the thought of long week-ends at Menard's choosing one faucet out of 150. Fortunately, this never happened. Elaine's interior design expertise allowed for decisions to be made in a calm, comfortable environment.
Each precise detail of our home was completed prior to the date expected. This feature made moving a breeze.
We have a home like no other. The process as well as the finished product has exceeded our every expectation.

During a Parade of Homes tour (that we had gone on several times), we stumbled across the Symmetry Homes model. As we toured their home, we were amazed at their attention to detail. It was unlike any other home we had seen on the tour.
We were considering several other builders, but the confidence, expertise and active listening set them apart from the other builders and solidified our decision to move forward with Symmetry Homes.
Building with Symmetry Homes was the antithesis of everything we feared. Kevin and Tom were in constant communication with us throughout the entire building process.
Our busy schedules left us little time to make every decision regarding the numerous small details. However, with the assistance of the Interior Decorator Elaine to help us along (I really mean help) we were able to accomplish building our dream home.
